THE WESTERN RESERVE LITTLE PLAYERS
This season the Little Players are on a Sabbatical
WELCOME TO THE WESTERN RESERVE PLAYHOUSE
We began our existence in 1956 as Bath Community Players in the old Town Hall in Bath. In 1966, the present barn was purchased and thus began the transition from a small, dedicated group of players to a wide-spread 3-county organization. Situated at the Bath-Richfield Township lines, close to Interstates 271 and 77, the theatre has attracted members from all of the surrounding communities. This prompted the decision to change the name of the group to The Western Reserve Playhouse.WRP And Phoenix Stage Productions joined forces for the 2006 season. Phoenix Stage Productions was formerly Goodyear Community Theatre. They were known for their large scale musicals. In 1995, due to cutbacks, they had to leave Goodyear and have been in search of a home ever since. The Phoenix group brings a wealth of talent as well as additional rescources to WRP. Many thanks and our appreciation to all sponsors, advertisers, and member who, over the years have helped to make this growth possible.
